- The goal is to make Costa Rican independence known to the world with pride on its Bicentennial.
- Activation will begin on September 15, 2021 at 00:00 UTC and will end on October 29, 2021 at 00:00 UTC.
- Bands – 6 to 80m (+ 2m).
- Modes – SSB, CW and FT8 (+ FM).
