Although not active, Andy VK9CC provides good info and knowledge for any radio hams thinking of visiting Cocos (Keeling) Islands or mounting a DXpedition there. Worth
reading his QRZ page for tips and hints. Maybe Andy will decide to QRV from
there once again, too.
